It’s a pleasure to introduce you to the fabulous Kat, who’s covering Jade while she’s on maternity leave.

Jade is not only Sabzi’s General Manager, but behind the scenes, she’s my right hand woman.

Polly is passionate about food, and is so in tune with me, and my vision for Sabzi, she just ‘gets’ it.
